hallo,
habe meinen ersten suizid vor 10 monaten versucht.
105 stck. a 10mg valium und 15 hammerschlaftabletten.
ergebnis: nach 3 std. hat mich meine freundin gefunden und bin 2 tage später auf der intensivstation aufgewacht.
vorgehensweise: tabletten auflösen und tschüß.
mein fehler: ein oder zwei schnäpse hinterher hätten die wirkung wohl stark vergrößert. ich hätte 5std. einplanen sollen.
schmerzen: kein stück!! nachdem ich die halbe tasse mit dem tabl.-wassergemisch ausgetrunken und mich ins bett gelegt hatte, ging die lucken dicht. der geschätzte zeitraum hier, ca. 2-3 min.
