auch ich denke oft über diese Methode nach, da ich unter starken Depressionen leide.

Soweit ich informiert bin, benötigte man zusätzlich ein Mittel, das den Brechreiz unterdrückt.

Eine andere Methode, die mir auch schon eingefallen ist, wäre, dass man sich mit Tabletten und Alkohol stark narkotisiert und sich - allerdings vorher - in eine volle Badewanne legt. Irgendwann wird man sicher einschlafen und zwangsläufig ertrinken, was man vermutlich nicht einmal mitbekommt.
