Subject: (rezeptfreie) Schlaftabletten

Hallo zusammen,
ich stecke in einem liebes-bedingten Teufelskreis...noch besteht Hoffnung auf Rückkehr, sollte das jedoch nicht gelingen, dann möchte ich vorbereitet sein.
Ist es möglich, sich mit rezeptfreien Schlaftabletten das Leben zu nehmen? Hier im Forum stand mal ein Tipp bzgl "vivinox stark" ...reichen da 3-4 packungen, gemischt mit alkohol?
Wenns nichts bringt, kann der "normale" Hausarzt auch "eventuell tödliche" Schlaftabletten verschreiben (halt aufgrund angegebener Schlaflosigkeit u.ä.) - was sind da beliebte Präperate + wie ist die "ausreichende" Dosierung?
...danke vorab, kann mich mit der Tablettenvariante mehr anfreunden, also mit meinem Auto mit 170 gegen einen Pfeiler zu fahren!
