Subject: kurz und möglichst schmerzlos

Hallo..
Ich kann nich mehr =( ich würde gerne leben, aber es geht einfach nicht. Ich weiß nicht, ob mich hier jemanden versteht von euch. Ich bin so verzweifelt. Es geht schon soweit, wenn ich die Nachrichten einschalte und erfahre es sind Menschen umgekommen, das ich zum Teil sogar denke: "Man haben die ein Glück.." Is das noch normal?! Ich hab so ne scheiß Todessehnsucht. Ich bin noch so jung eigentlich. Vielleicht liegt mein Depressive Phase an meiner Vergangenheit.. ich weiß es nich. Wenn mir jemand helfen könnte, würde ich sogar das nich mehr wollen. Ich will einfach sterben. Ich lese seit einiger Zeit dieses Forum, weil ich mir eine geeignete Methode aussuchen möchte. Ich dachte da eher an Alkoholvergiftung + Tabletten oder sowass. Naja, hier steht, dass soll nich so sicher sein. ='(

Kann mir hier jemand sagen, wie man sich noch (möglichst) schmerzlos eine Ende bescheren kann?
(mit tabletten kenn ich mich wenig aus) Ich wäre so froh, wenn mir hier jemand "helfen" würde.
