Ich würde doch eher bei tabletten bleiben da ein herzstich wohl ziemlich schmerzhaft werden dürfte, ausserdem kannst du es ja auch verfehlen. Wenn du sicherheit willst warum kombinierst du die tabletten nich mit etwas anderem. du könntest z. b. tabletten nehmen und danach nen föhn in die Wanne schmeisen.
