Funktioniert sogar auch mit Cola muss man dann aber viel mehr trinken, aber 2l wasser sind auf jedenfall zu wenig.
Die viele Flüssigkeit im Körper führt zur extremen Verdünnung der Salze im Blut, zur so genannten Hyponaträmie. Dabei kann beispielsweise Natrium als Elektrolyt wichtige Körperfunktionen nicht mehr aufrechterhalten. Die Folgen sind Schwindel, Müdigkeit, Verwirrung und in extremen Fällen Koma und Tod.
