Besser währe vielleicht eine Mauer. Denn wenn du angst bekommst und etwas weglengst (was aufgrund der Todesangst auch wenn man sterben will normal ist), dann geht das ganze wohl anders aus als gedacht. Eine mauer ist da wohl schon besser, denn man trifft auch richtig auf.

Wenn du einen wagen mit Air-bag hast, solltest du den abschalten!. Denn der könnte dich retten, und du wachst in der klappse wieder auf. Meist kann man den airbag nur auf der beifahrerseite abschalten, du kannst ihn auf deiner seite vielleicht abbauen, der ist im großbereich der hupe auf dem lenkrad. Sieht ausgebaut aus, wie so ein großer block aufdem die hupe drauf ist. Schau mal in die betriebsanleitung deines autos.
