mh ... also bei der methode stirbt man entweder durch nen unglücklichen sturz oder ne leberzirose ... und die is schmerzhaft ... wie langs dauert weis ich allerdings nich aber 1 bis zwei jahre hört sich bei wirklich extremen betreiben durchaus realistisch an ... aber stell dir mal vor du machst das nun nen halbes jahr extrem und deine leber nimmt irreperablen schaden und dann fällt dir ei das du doch keine lust hast zu sterben ... ...
