Bullshit, die lebenswichtigen Funktionen leigen im Stammhirn schiess dir gerade durch den Mund dann triffst du das Stammhirn besorg dir vorher noch Anatomische Skizzen des GEhirns und sich dir den richtigen winkel.

Im Allgemeinen kann nur sagen das es schwachsinn sit eine kugel anzusägen jedenfalls für den Laien, wenn dies nichtrichtig macht kann das gravierende Folgen habe.....
