zuerst ich bin mir bei keiner meiner anbgaben sicher aber ich denke der strick sollte wenn du durch genickbruch sterben willst mindestens 4 meter haben (wegen der fallhöhe mindestens 3m) ansonsten kommts drauf an wo du ihn anbringst.
