I have been giving this some thought the last several days. There are very few (if any) canon references to Seven's unseen implants. A few conventions have been derived from frequent mention/development in fanfic however.

I often describe an implant just below Seven's left collarbone, reasoning it an external evidence to Borg enhancements to her heart muscle, improving its endurance. I describe it as similar to the one tucked under her left ear, but a full starburst instead of a half-starburst in design.

I also ascribe to an externally evident abdominal implant, banded and each band is removed as more and more of Seven's metabolism and digestive system reasserts. Descriptively I see it as a series of horizontal bands of a flexible yet durable material which go around her back, connecting her to the alcove's output point when she is in regenerative pose.

On Seven's legs, again for evidence of increased muscle strength and stamina, I see electrode-like tendrils of Borg tech terminating at the interior of the back of the knee, at the tendon's connective point for the lower leg.

There is evidence of a starburst implant enhancing her right arm's strength/reflexes shown in "Hope and Fear" and I see the mesh on the left hand as a "no slip grip" and strengthener of her left hand's grip. I don't ascribe to it being "transformable", ie. morphing/shaping into tools and the like.

I think that covers what I see as her externally evident Borg tech. Now on to the suppositions of survival should they be removed entirely...

Internally I ascribe to the thinking that Seven's got nanoprobes swimming and replicating in her bloodstream, neurologically enhancing Borg tech along her spinal column and along her brain stem. The unremovable stuff is clearly the cortical node, a regulator device, similar in function to a pacemaker in a heart patient today. Remove it and her neurological and physical systems would require a lengthy recovery time. Remove it at the wrong time, say when her immune system is depressed or compromised due to injury, and she would likely go comatose and/or die.

But I think the external implants could go and recovery time would probably be no more than a person getting physical therapy after a major bodily injury, such as a car accident where bones were broken and muscles were torn: 2-6 months.
