Where did you hear or read about "You're No Good" from Karen solo unreleased recordings?
I have read the Buried Treasure article, and it doesn't mention that song.
Only two songs remain unleaked: Basket Case and Church Choir[wild].
About Neil Sedaka's "Laughter In The Rain": in a radio program Karen said that she would like have recorded that song and then she sings ONLY a fragment a capella. Another song she mentions as her favorite is Barry Manilow's This One's for You, and then she sings ONLY a fragment a capella. That's all.
In the ASCAP archive of songs mention several studio recordings not known made by Carpenters: Eleanor Rigby, Desperado[a second part], Here Comes That Rainy Day Feeling Again, I'm in The Mood For Love, Leaving On a Jet Plane Babe, Let Me Be There, Muskrat Candlelight[the other name for Muskrat Love], Night Fever, Secret Love, and Talk It Over in The Morning.
