The saga continues. Called Accurate Monday and left a voice mail message for Matt. No reply. Called Accurate again today left another message for Matt. No reply. Called again and finally got Matt. He was not sure where my reel was but was going to call back within fifteen minutes. Three hours later I call again and got Matt. Oh, yeah, the reel had not been sent back yet. Seems the guy who was supposed to do it went on his honeymoon and left it sitting on his desk. Promised to get it out to me today.

Now I cannot blame a guy about to leave on his honeymoon for being preoccupied. That is sure understandable. So they get a pass on this one. But I am not very impressed with their failure to return calls and the apparent lack of organization.

My heart sunk like a five pound rock cod weight headed for the bottom when he said he did not know where my reel was.

Still waiting.
