Length of Trip: 3 days
Area Fished: 160 miles

Count: 220 Albacore
50 Bluefin
50 Yellowtail

Jackpot: 58.6 Bluefin caught by Dennis Aldridge of Anaheim, CA.

2nd: 49.9 Bluefin caught by David Totten of Joshua Tree, CA.

3rd: 40.3 lb. Bluefin caught by Richard Goka of Pinedale, CA.


REMARKS: ÒWE STARTED OUT THE FIRST DAYÕS FISHING WITH 100-PLUS 15 TO 25LB. ALBACORE AND A DECENT BLUEFIN COUNT, FISHING BOTH OFF OF THE PADDIES AND OFF OF THE METER MARKS. THERE WERE SOME EVEN NICER ALBIES MIXED IN THERE TOO, AND WE GOT ONE THAT ENDED UP WEIGHING OVER 36 LBS. AT THE DOCK. THE WEATHER WASNÕT CALM, BUT IT DEFINITELY WASNÕT BAD AND WE WERE
ABLE TO GRAB A HANDFULL OF YELLOWTAIL OFF OF THE PADDIES AS WELL.Ó

ÒON THE SECOND DAYÕS FISHING THE WIND PICKED UP A LITTLE MORE AND THE FISHING WAS ALL ABOUT JIG STOPS FOR THE ALBIES AND PADDY FISHING FOR THE YELLOWTAIL. IT WAS A PRETTY FUN TRIP AND THE GUYS HAD A REALLY GOOD TIME. NOW WEÕRE LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING OUT THERE ON OUR NEXT FEW 4
AND 5-DAY RUNS.Ó
