John,
I was just looking over old messages. I used to live in S.D. Several of the Yacht Clubs used to rent space in their parking lots, especially during the off season. Check with the Silver Moon if it still exists. Also Driscolls and Kettenburg are there and maybe you could cut a deal for a small space.
