Not every MISS HK wins the Chinese International Pageant. And Not every girl who you think that may win the pageant is her. I think it really depends on how much the judges like the girls and if they want their favorites to win. Hey it's the judges that make the decisions on who is going to win the crown and not us ordinary people that put out votes on the Internet.
