I totally agree with you when Shirley YEUNG Sze-Ki won in 2001 .. she didn't even have the looks for it let alone the brains .. I know that she was being nasty to alot of the other delegates from other countries during the Miss International 2001, only because it was her home ground and she thought she was all that ..
