While I was doing some research on wolves for another story, something struck me as odd.

Of all the years that Wolf and Pup were on DQMW, I never remember the two of the eating anything. Well other than perhaps what Brian or one of the others fed them. I found this odd, but perhaps they were more domesticated than I though, and didn't hunt for their own food?

Somehow, I saw Wolf as still somewhat wild and able to take care of his own needs. Now I know showing Wolf attacking some poor rabbit or Bambi would not have been so heart warming for a family friendly show, but as I said above it just seemed odd to me.
