I added my newest segment, and yes it is filled with some angst too. I figured why should dq be the only angst queen around? Lol! Yes dq, I was prepared with tissues as you instructed. Tear my heart to shreds why don't you! :)

I know a few of you were expecting some sort of revelation, but that is still a few days ahead on the horizon. I hadn't planned for it to be my next segment. A few more things need to happen, so I reached into my bag of soap opera tricks and retrieved a few to hold it off for now. ;) I promise it will come soon. I originally planned this segment to take place at daybreak, but since this night has been a long one, I speeded my time frame up a little. Not to worry about Lena either. She can be comforted off screen and sent home to await further news.

Yes, it contains a flashback. Quite a few of my future segments will, though in no particular order. I do promise as we get closer toward the end of our story that they will follow a more sequential pattern.

I apologize for the few mistakes I noticed when rereading it. I thought I found them all. I blame it out the lateness of the hour. I should have went to bed and posted this later. Oh well! Hope you enjoy it.

Btw if H&J aren't the two neediest characters in Studs well then I'm worried. I think they're in need of some intense counseling....perhaps I should write a psychiatrist/psychologist into the plot...hmmm... perhaps a Dr. Mortensen....Now there's an idea...Nah! Hope would fall for him and dump poor Josh and Evan...and it would add even more chapters to my already long story...:)
