It was a wonderful, thought provoking episode...but...yeah, it did have its flaws, and Trip's grieving style was one of them, but I hope that's just another part of the cliffhanging feel it had! I thought it was a very blatant allegory of the September 11 tragedy -- I think they did that in a prior episode as well, though... Anyway, as far as being upset or not upset -- I think the Enterprise crew didn't have time to get bogged down in grief, and Trip, and perhaps others are very angry and very much in denial -- he refused to talk about his feelings to Malcolm...I'm looking forward to the next season!
