Since The Edge magazine, I've talked about how it's a jungle in this biz of radio...especially for women. A BS jungle much of the time! We worked harder, perform stronger and longer...and still, many times, the bigger paycheck goes to the one with the "third leg" and less "balls." Sometimes what we ladies need is a chance to share our thoughts with like minds and just vent this mess out of our systems so it doesn't make us sick, jaded or whatever. HERE'S YOUR FORUM, SISTAS! Get it off your chests. Share advice, each one teach one...and let's cut down on the hate for each other. We get enough of that from those insecure male idiots we have to deal with everyday (NO OFFENSE to the good ones...we DO love YOU, guys! And you, too, are welcomed to make helpful comments.) Well, that's your introduction...get busy.
