If I max up my G3 two slots with 512mb, will my mac be superfast and will it crashed as well/

anyone can help?

Generally, more RAM is good. Crashes or freezes in relation to RAM happen whenever dodgy RAM cards are installed, or if the RAM card itself is improperly installed in your computer.

As for being superfast, it will have reasonable performance standards as can be expected from a G3 processor.
