Tank location -- Mark Wooters, - Monday - 04/ 2/12 - 9:34pm
Paul, I think I might have seen a picture you posted of that set up. If so, could you post it again? Deck configuration on M32 may be inhibiting.

LP tanks -- Doug WIlson, - Tuesday - 04/ 3/12 - 3:51pm
The box acts as a great seat, holds some spare stuff like winch handles, some lines etc. Also can lock it.

I would build a box in the cockpit under the wheel -- Ardi, - Wednesday - 04/ 4/12 - 10:28pm
I have two 1o lbs aluminum tanks that I wouldn't like to have inside(just in case it leaks) , so the best place for me would be to build a box in the cockpit under the wheel. It is out of the way, low, far from the stove, outside and would serve as an place to keep my feet on, if I sit and steer from the wormgear box .
I'm going to build a new mizzen mast, reinforced, prewired for wind generator and deck lights under the spreaders ( just in case) as well as the coaxial for the VHF.

Yes. -- Ardi, - Thursday - 04/ 5/12 - 9:40pm
That will be the place. I kept the tanks there during the hole trip to Fl and back tied with a line that went from inside of one lazarete to the other. There they are outside in case of leaks, easy to run a hose through the lazarete without drilling a hole( I hate drilling holes) can also build a cup holder on top of it,binaculars, handheld radio. Everything you need within easy reach. A box that will be easy removable because I don't always need them. But, they were there for the heater, because for the stove/oven I use small bottles that I refill with an adapter from the big tanks and they last several days. Propane in the boat may turn to be dangerous, not a joke. Good luck .
