Subject: remove perkins from m31

I need to overhaul the Perkins 4-107 on Melora M-31 hull 108.
Can anyone offer some advice on how to get the engine out and back into the less than spacious engine compartment.
Preston

Really pretty easy. Cabinetry comes off, pulled the expansion tank, manifold, alternator, heat exchanger. Left the rear motor mounts on the engine, left the front mounts on the stringer.
I had mine pulled at a boatyard, but I know the former owner used the main boom to pull the engine once.
