If the boat is mobile (i.e. running diesel)
and if you are handy with woodworking tools, fiberglass techniques, etc., this could be a fun project. I would offer less, like $5,000. If not mobile, and requires re-power and/or you are not handy with tools, and do not have resources to pay someone 3 times what you have paid for the boat to rebuild the coach and decks, run away fast. Otherwise she could be a very nice boat for you if the bones are sound. Many of us have rebuilt the decks and coach, rigging, spars, etc., and wound up with a boat that is capable of taking us anywhere in the world we choose. Fair winds....

thanks for fast reply, I have owned and worked on boats for decades, (currently own a 1937 Rhodes 27' sloop), it's more the dollars and cents(sense?), yard rental fees, materials, etc, will a cruise ready 32 be worth the effort? owner won't budge on the price either.
