Subject: Bow pulpit/platform

Kim,
Check out my Mariner 31 Natsukaze #73. I designed and built it since there was none on the boat when I bought her.

The sprit is Doug fir. The platform is teak. The supports and hardware are 316 stainless. Maybe you can get some ideas from my efforts. These photos don't show the anchor tray, windlass, or finished pulpit since I wasn't quite finished at the time. It's solid as a rock. Bill

Beautifully done! I like the way you fastened the platform to the sprit. Hopefully I'll be able to post pictures of this project as it goes along. I do really need post more pictures of our girl, she looks quite different than what I have up now.
