Subject: Frozen sheaves

Greetings fellow mariner owners. I'm embarking on restoring my late fathers M32 "Sky Pilot". one of the first things I need to do is free up both halyards on the main mast. I found the mast climber that will get me up there without a working halyard. I want to know what tools i should take up there to do this, any Ideas?
Thank you
