Subject: Cracks at both sides of transom plywood in cockpit

Hi, I'm working on a mariner ketch 32 #27.
The plywood at the transom cockpit from the deck up to caprail is cracked at both ends about 10 iniches in. I took out the plywood, everything looks ok structurally. Anyone else have this problem? I was thinking maybe the running backs are to tight? Thanks

Any chance you could post pictures? I am trying to visualize the problem you are having. I recommend that you put your boat on the website "owners" section.
