Subject: Need your opinion !

Hi there ! I'm thinking to upgrade to a M36 but there are some things that need to bi fixt. Her good and bad are these :- Sails very poor condition and she has no R/F. Cockpit,deck, cabintop to be rebuild. Bowspre and dolphin striker to be replaced. Chainplates to be replaced and I was thinking to place them on the outside. The 4-108 may be ok ( not sure). Standin rigin looks good . Aluminum masts allgriped . Some places inside has rotted . And I belive a lot more will come along the way that will need atention. Topsides paint very good (allgrip).
Please let me know what could be a good price to buy her.
