There is an M-40 60's vintage on the hard at San Rafael Yacht Harbor just north of S.F. I will look for the name next time I am there. You could also call the Harbor master his name is Matt he may put you in touch with the owner.

Hi Emily,
There area two M40's in the marina, one is fiberglass, the other wood. You should contact Matt Butler, Harbormaster at San Rafael Yacht Harbor. (415) 456-1600. The wooden hulled boat is slated for demolition. I intend to stop by today after work to have a look. Regards.
