I will gladly post the post-instal photos (if I make it that far). I need to get out of Iraq first. I am expecting that if I move forward with this project it won't be until late winter or early spring.

As for the coffee...lol...this was discussed on my end... there are optional drop-in alcohol burners that will help. But I have tried to boil/heat water with an old alcohol stove once; the wood fire might be quicker. Electricity would always be a boring back-up.

-Solar and wind generators are a project high on my list also research is underway.
