Subject: New Prop Shaft M 36

Hi,
I am doing work on my M36 Gran Mariner. I cannot get the coupling removed from the prop shaft. I had to drill out the set screws, and after putting a spacer between the coupling and tightening the 4 bolts to around 75lbs each, and adding heat, it still will not budge. I think I am going to have to cut the prop shaft to get it out. Does anyone have thoughts on where to get one and how much it might cost. I believe it is 1 1/4".
Thanks,
Brian Sweeney M36 Gran Mariner Hull #9
