Subject: Preparing to get under way again.

After two years here in the Houston/Galveston area we are preparing Sea Trek for her next cruise. Our initial plan is to head east along the Gulf coast to the Floriduh Keys then up the east coast to visit friends along the way, eventually spending some time in Beaufort, SC till after hurricane season. Then another run through the Bahamas since it has been 8 years since we were last there. But remember our plans are always written in the sand at low tide so stay tuned. We will be posting regular updates in addition to all the other cruising related stuff on our web site at

so come by and have a look from time to time and see how great it is cruising on a Mariner.

The weather is finally cooperating and the to do list is finished, at least as finished as it can be. We plan to leave the Docks tomorrow morning around 9 AM central time and head east. The plan so far is still the same and we will be posting on a regular basis on our web site if anyone wants to follow us along. This will pretty much be coastal cruising till we hit the east coast then maybe some offshore trips.
