The 75 is just the 56 with a turbo. The turbo runs hot and we did not need to generate more heat in the engine compartment. In addition the turbo usually cuts the life of the engine by about half. The hull speed for Sea Trek is just a little over 7 knots so enough HP to push her over that is just wasted. The turbo also offers more chances for things to break down. We are firm believers that simpler is better.
