Will some kind big strong man help me out here - these idiots at http://mailaform.com , whose service i used to use sent an email to their customers asking them to respond to a survey. the survey asked us if we thought they needed a forum for customer contact and why we thought that way. i responded that i thought it was a good idea because they send an excessive amount of emails and the forum could allow them to just post announcements for those who care instead of constantly emailing every other day

so anyways, they emailed me back calling me names and cancelled my account!!!!

yes!!!!

so could you email them and tell them they are bad people for being mean to customers who give feedback that they ask for.

I think we really see you as a problem now.. Your customer management skills seem to be that of a child.

We all think that, next time read what the Survey is about, and read emails and understand them.

There is no point is this, so lets understand this.. I have a degree in Computer Management and Customer Relation, But I do think you have a lot to learn.

1. As stated, I kindly took the time to respond to your survey. You asked why a Forum would be better and I gave you my reason. Don't ask questions if you don't want to hear the answer.

2. I did not write your customer support department to complain about something I agreed on. I answered a survey that you asked me to respond to. You initiated contact.

3. Yes, I am very aware of your terms, however as stated you asked me my opinion and I gave it to you. While you are/were allowed to send me as many mails as you wanted, I stated my opinion that you asked for as to why I thought a forum would be better. Just because you cannot accept constructive criticism - I was not filing a complaint - it is no reason to cancel a customers' account and throw a hissy fit. What on earth is wrong with you?

4. I was a real member, giving you the feedback you asked for.

5. I did not do anything to give the impression that I did not read your terms of service, I simply offered my opinion, which you asked for, which is that the amount of emails is excessive. Your terms of service to not say that a customer is not allowed to comment on how they feel about the service when asked. Your terms state that emails will be sent. I do not see anything in your terms that state a customer should not respond to your survey requests.

6. I don't need a Business Training Course and I do know much about the web or else I wouldn't have a A.S. in marketing management and a B.S in Computer Information Systems.

7. That fact that you imply that I was born to complain shows that you must be a child or teenager or maybe an adult without any rational or critical thinking skills. I have never initiated contact with your company to complain about anything. Again, you asked for my opinion.

8. Glad you made swell use of your time by posting to your office boards about me. Hopefully, someone will point out how incredibly unprofessional you have behaved and hopefully you will go back and listen to what I have said.

9. It's so wonderful that you have so many happy customers, but just think how many happy paid customers you might have if you conducted yourself in a professional manner.

10. Hmmm, stupid to respond to a survey as asked by you? I suggest you don't send out any more surveys with questions you don't want answered. Really, it is amazing that you would act so childish and delete a customers account because they told you, when asked, that they felt a forum would be a good thing because you could use it to cut down on excessive emails.

Are you talking to a Business Man? (as you put it) We have X amount of employee's, not to think of over 100 Websites in Company, not to think also we have been here for over 5 years doing Great Business.

However, you we do come accross people like your self, Complaining about anything and everything, However, Our Team are trained to set your type aside, and get on with the real every day people who are willing to accept our Policy.

It very much seems as though you Dont know very much about the web, and if you did, you would not write to our customer support department Complaining about something you agreed on.

We ask people why a Fourm would better Mailaform.com, we did not ask for Complaints anout e-mail being sent to you, which you agreed to in the first place.
(otherwise) the Survey would be called "lets complain about email Survey) lol

Now, I've been told not to waste anymore of My time responding to your e-mails, because we have real members and customers to deal with.

MY Advice to you on a Personal note, is take a Business Training Course, and get a Degree on how to read (the Terms of Service) pages before you signup.

And for the record, we have thousands of members, Hundreds of thousands, and yes 3% have complaints, however to complain on a Survey form is so Stupid in every way, that I've had to post your emails on the office notice board just to let other staff know that we do have certain X members like you who are Born for one reason, and that is to Complain.

I am wondering, are a child or teenager, because this is the most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced. You ask to submit a survey to help you, a customer takes time to help you, you dont like their feedback so you delete their membership? Why bother with a survey? Why ask for feedback? Why would a free customer ever move up to a paid account if they are unhappy with the service and how would you ever know they were unhappy unless they told you? Maybe you'd get more paid memberships if you thought about what the customer wants and needs to encourage them to become a paid member. Yes, you can send as much email as you like, but the amount is not necessary. I am totally shocked by your behavior, if you want to ever grow up to be a real business person with a real successful business I sincerely hope you think about your actions. Constructive criticism and feedback from your customers can be a goldmine if you listen to what customers want, not what you feel like giving.

As a FREE member, you joined and accepted our Policy, which is to send or update any Members any time we like, you hold a FREE membership, not to be ' Rude ' But you dont pay for anything, so an email should not hurt.

We have removed you from the Data base and Deleted your Membership, so you will no longer get messages or be a member of Mailaform.com.
