I am not the poster to which you have responded, but I believe that an AMERICAN should speak english. (If she doesn't know and speak OUR language, maybe she should compete in HER country.) If she is being judged in an interview situation where her english is POOR at best, then she should NOT be rewarded with the placement. Btw, your argument is not valid concerning Ericka...she was a "plain ole hick". No excuse for it.
