 I'd be interested in the answer to that question about JFK, too.

I regret not getting a chance to meet Bill. I grew up in his original neck of the woods, right across the river from Wethersfield, Ct. where he lived before he moved to Texas. I credit him with my first exposure to Buddy's music as a number of his activities re: Buddy and the Crickets were covered in local media in the Hartford area at the time.
