 Having the house put in Cecil's name was a good decision at the time-That mainly being so JLL could never lose 'his home' to the tax man, a girlfriend/ex-wife, or any other scenario you could think of...

It's all their business of what's going on/what went on, but being they were in their golden years when Cecil passed away, he (Cecil) maybe should have willed the house to JLL's kids, since in reality, it *was* JLL's money that bought the place. But then again, I can see why he would have kept it in his name, so his own kids would have something of value when he died.

It's a dilemma I'm glad I'm not a part of, but surely when he came of age, JLL the third had to know what the deal was with the house being in Cecil's name and that he probably *wasn't* going to have carte blanche to the place...
