I think we have all asked this question a lot over the years.
The answer in short is very little.

There is an undubbed (no clapping) version of "loves Made A Fool Of You" that I wish would surface.

There are the near mythical tracks that Buddy supposedly cut with Carolyn Hester that never seem to be fully explained.

There was reported to have been at least one more reel of Bobby Peoples 1956 early studio recordings.

There are the Christmas 1958 Lubbock home movies that the family has chosen to keep private.

There may have been other snippets of half completed takes etc. that if extant, were likely destroyed in the great and tragic storage facility fire in 2008. A judge ruled against a full forensic audit of what was lost.

Some such items may yet be in the hands of the notorious one time reissue producer for MCA that had direct dealings with Norman Petty just prior to N.P's passing.

I may be forgetting something, but it seems to me just about everything in this category is more rumour than known fact.
