 The purpose is somewhat defeated here if there is not a digital offer. You want as many people possible to see the book, yet don't make it reasonably affordable. This is not an average book price of course, but it would have saved yourself and the buyer massive amounts of money to have a digital download. It's the wave of the future as sentimental as a person wants to be about holding a physical item. Cost and shipping should have weighed heavily into a different format here and I have seen many similar rock publications suffer the same fate. JUST MY OPINION BUT I AM ONE OF THE BUYING PUBLIC.
