 Wow, well done.

You have already written nearly half of what is known as a
"treatment" in the movie and TV biz.

Such outlines are meant to be enough to get potential backers involved.

Next step would be to have a professional writer create
a first episode/pilot script. Of if a feature film is
desired, a first act script.

If approved by the "money people", the filming of a pilot episode would be financed, or for a feature film, the remaining script would first be completed.

If I win sufficient lottery funds, we can talk.
