 As nothing more than a follow up to my earlier email, you may find this interesting. It is heavy reading but serves to indicate what a total legal mire has been created over Buddy's/Crickets recordings. This judgment is now 10 years old and whether matters have moved on, I do not know. As I have said before, ANYONE who is in possession of Holly and or Crickets recording NOT released by MCA should contact them BEFORE doing anything which could lead to litigation.
