I admit to the charge of not reading all threads posted here.
I often wonder why some of my posts receive zero reply's, I guess you could chalk it up to Karma.
Thanks to Gert for sharing the info, and to Rick for re posting. I do miss Shawn Nagy's web site.
Rather than hounding him into oblivion, M.E.H. should have had him on salary. Our good friend, the late Mr. Griggs was able to navigate the the waters of Holly ownership rights better than most, but he too was forced to re brand his website, in-spite of the GREAT work he did promoting Buddy's legacy, and by doing so with such dedication, he increased the value of all things Buddy.

Forcefully threatening sincere fans with legal action is
never good for "karma".
