 Hi Brian - yes he guessed as I was snooping around and looking at the balcony area. He was similar age to me mid-30's and he was African American from New York, so maybe not your average Holly fan. His apartment was for sale a few years ago and looked like it had not changed in terms of layout, The doorman was a nice guy, I got in to the main foyer for a minute. Not sure if I'm imagining things, but there was a small display cabinet with history of the building and I believe there was a small picture of Buddy in there. Would be a great place to stay.
