 Here's a Conway Twitty STORY I read several years ago in Kicks magazine- one day, shortly after switching from rock & roll to country, Twitty was performing at a concert at which several bikers were present. he started off singing slow country songs until the audience showed their disapproval by hurling beer bottles & anything else they could find at the stage. Twitty swiftly shifted gears & played every fast rock & roll song he could think of!
