 Thank you, William. I agree. And what bothers me about the "unsubstantiated outrageous remarks" is the sort of unspoken implication here that because a young man sought counseling to help deal with a troubled marriage (if this is even true), he somehow was responsible for causing the plane crash. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's the impression I get from all the mysterious whisperings from the flight service.

I can understand the desire to absolve oneself from the cause of a tragedy, but repeating rumors about the deceased crosses the line of decency. Maybe it was pilot error (I personally think it was) or maybe, as one commenter here suggested, it was something as simple as the beechcraft door not completely closed, but I doubt Holly was suicidal and wanted to take three innocent people with him.

If my impression is incorrect, then my apologies.
