 Hi

At the amazing new performance hall in Lubbock, there will be a huge wall of various sized "guitar picks"
that will display an image of Buddy playing his Strat.

There are multiple sizes of these picks, at various prices,that can be sponsored by individuals or groups.

The smaller, less expensive sizes are all gone, but that works out O.K. for my idea.

I'm sure we all agree that our late friend, Mr. Griggs, deserves at least the $1,000.00 size.

There are 380 of these still available.

Its my feeling that we should be able to get 100 of us here at the board, augmented by other fans that we know, to each contribute $10.00.

The dedication could read "From Buddy Holly fans everywhere to our friend, William F. Griggs".

I feel I could find 4 or 5 people to contribute, myself included.

What do you all think?
