 If any of you Rockin50s visitors is a person of faith and believes in the power of prayer, I have a special request of you. When you have chance, please lift Dick Stewart and his family in your prayers. It is my understanding their son passed away this weekend, just days before his 51st birthday.

As some of you may recall, Dick Stewart is a long-time, well known musician from New Mexico. He is also a music historian, an author, and owner of Lance Records. Mr. Stewart also publishes The Lance Monthly, where some terrific interviews conducted by Mr. Stewart himself can be found.

Here’s wishing Mr. Stewart and his family prayers of peace and comfort during this time. May they pain felt today be soon replaced by sweet memories.
