 Just because it is named the "Buddy Holly" Center doesn't mean every event they hold is going to have ties to Holly, which would be a minimal draw and likely a loss these days. They are going to have every type of event that draws, and prize giveaways like this is indeed the masses. Nothing odd that I see. Good for them.
