 Personally, I dont think its such a bad thing to maybe target a younger demographic of viewer. Afterall, if we can get younger people interested in the wonderful man that Buddy was, it will help carry his legend on after we have all gone.
I just hope its a true portrayal of events and accuracy. Not just a lazy "Petty statved Buddy and forced him out on the tour" like many others have pushed. Absolute hogwash.

I'm keen to see how this goes, and I think it will be a production where youll know within minutes if its the real deal, or a washout. What it is, is a great opportunity, although I'm not sure the stiry being around the last concert will gove opportunity to put right the previous onscreen mistakes...Petty likely won't feature again.
